Manny Fernandez got drafted in 1992 in the 3rd round 52nd overall by the Quebec. In 1994 his rights got tradted to the Dallas Stars for Tommy Sjodin and Dalla's 3rd round pick (Chris Drury). Then in the year 2000 Manny got picked by Minnisota in the Expansion draft. Along with Brad lukowich and exchange for a 3rd round pick in 2000, a 4th round pick in 2002 and Fernandez. Right away Manny got #1 goalie. But now he is fighting for the #1 job with Dwayne Roloson.
